Apple Crispfrom Quick & Healthy Recipes and Ideas, Brenda J. Ponichtera, R.D.This old fashioned dessert is good served warm or cold.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Arrange apple mixture in an 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick coating. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned.
