Dining Room / Kitchen

Elegance and class meet rustic beauty in Cohutta Overlook Lodge’s dining accommodations. From the custom-designed Eastern Red Cedar table and hand-crafted antler chandelier for formal dining, to the carefully hewn hand-made bar stools for casual snacks “kitchen-side” while chatting with the evening’s “chef”, Cohutta Overlook provides a comfortable and spacious setting for family feasts.

Game Room

Entertaining tonight? Perhaps your guests would like to join you for a relaxing evening of pool in the Billiards room. We have a beautiful Pro Line regulation pool table for your enjoyment.

Or maybe it’s time to be a kid again. You can always sneak away to the Electronic game room where another large flat-screen television and home theatre system awaits along with PlayStation 2 (we’ll provide the games) and plenty of board games.

...but don't stay inside too long. Remember, you're here to enjoy the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains and they're just outside the door.

Outside

Would you enjoy a little room to wander around?  Cohutta Overlook Lodge resides on 3 pristine acres. Our backyard is an acre of gentle rolling grass and native plants and two acres of forest.

If you would like a little adventure spend the day walking trails in the woods, and head back to the house early in the evening to build a bonfire in the fire pit - nothing like roasting hot dogs and marshmallows in the your own backyard.
